The Buildout Brief is a free, independent local newsletter covering development along the US 75 corridor in North Texas.

Every Friday, we publish an email on what is being built in Melissa, Anna, and Van Alstyne, based on public records, and send it to hundreds of local residents. During the week we post short videos, and we maintain an interactive Projects Map that tracks projects across the corridor.

Our readers are homeowners, new residents, and local businesses in Melissa, Anna, and Van Alstyne who follow local growth closely.
